Our terms of service:


1. Adress and ownership

Our postal adress is: Pandora´s Box, Stubenrauchstraße 70, 12161 Berlin, Germany. The owner of Pandora´s Box is Joachim Borneleitus.

2. Prices

All prices given at www,collectorrecors.de include the value added tax (V.A.T.) required by the law. The prices are valid for one month. Misprints and errors reserved! Items delivered remain in our property until you have paid the full price.

3. Delivery

The place of performance for deliveries is always: Pandora´s Box, Berlin.

6. Complaints about defects

Defective goods will either be replaced within 30 days or reimbursed. Please tell us what kind of defect your complaint is about. Please enclose the items' original packing and the delivery note and/or the acknowledgement of receipt if you return goods. The return adress has to be Pandora´s Box in Berlin (full adress stated above). If we fail to emend the defects or cannot replace the devective article, you can of course withdraw from the contract completed. The liability for defects is limited to a period of two years. Please use the adress stated above when trying to get in touch because of complaints or returns.

7. Withdrawal from contract (concerning sealed original items)

Within a term of 30 days after receiving the articles, you have got the right to withdraw from the contract without stating any reasons. Regarding audio or video data carriers or software, the right to withdraw from the contract is no longer valid if the delivered media's original seal is broken.

In order to safeguard the time allowed to withdraw, you have to post your declaration of withdrawal within these 30 days. Please return the goods in their original packing and enclose the delivery note and/or the acknowledgement of receipt, your bank account and a copy of your declaration of withdrawal.
